Usage data: Prompts you enter, images generated, models used, credits consumed
Payment information: Processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details
Technical data: IP address (for spam prevention), browser type, session data

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Service
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (account verification, receipts)
To prevent fraud and abuse
To comply with legal obligations

3. Your Images

Images you generate are stored securely on our servers. Private images are only accessible to you. We do not use your private images to train AI models. If you choose to make an image public, it may appear in the Community Creations gallery visible to all visitors.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Stripe — payment processing
Replicate — AI model inference (prompts are sent to generate images)
iDrive e2 — image storage

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Deleted images are removed immediately.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and secure session management. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
