txt2pics.ai is a text-to-image generation platform that allows users to create images using various AI models. The Service is provided on a credit-based subscription model.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
Credits are required to generate images. Credits are non-refundable once used. Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
You retain ownership of the images you generate using the Service. By generating images, you grant txt2pics.ai a limited license to display them in the Community Creations gallery if you choose to make them public. We will never use your private images for AI training without explicit consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated images may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet your specific requirements or be free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, txt2pics.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
